I didn't expect the Isles to win this game, but once again, they completely
fall apart in the 3rd. This team is lousy. Why not give Danis some ice
time? Unless Danis is injured, why would they put in a goalie with barely 10
games AHL experience in net? The coach (what's his name, Gordon?) should be
fired.

Jaffe and Rose talked about that last night. They felt that the
players had quit for the game and just left Danis out there to be
used as target practice.

Last night's game was better, and I'm trying to remember the last
time the Islanders beat Ottawa three times in a single season...

For all you Hilbert haters (me included), what's different with
Gordon coaching him vs what was done with Ted Nolan? All of a
sudden Hilbert is scoring goals (third on the team), and Trent
Hunter has 10 already (after having just 12 last season)?

After a 2-6-1 October, team pulls a 8-6-1 November, could there
be better months ahead?

Danis wasn't in net, it was Mannico or whatever his name is.

Danis should be getting more ice time.

What a game - Whew! See, Asham is (slightly) better than Bates. Take a look at the Isles' home record when you get a chance. Jason

Nolan vs. Buffalo... - Ted Nolan finally returns to the NHL, and now, has the chance to knock off the Buffalo Sabres...the team that wouldn't commit to him after winning Coach of the Year. Wouldn't it be sweet? 2 wins would be good enough for me.

Isles playoff HDTV schedule - So are the Isles gonna get channel 14 or the FSNYHD for any of these 4-7 games? Anyone read the tv schedule yet????

Tix available for Monday! - I'm going - anyone else gonna be there?

Go Isles - You guys deserve to be there for the finish you put on this season, count this Leafs fan among the bandwagon crew! Man, is the building ever rocking tonight, great passion from the crowd.
