That was incredible. I enjoyed it all night, because who knows when it
will come around again. Taking the family to the parade tomorrow.

Massive respect to Edmonton, who had a run to be proud of, and played
like champs. And their fans who came to Raleigh, who were extremely
gracious and classy. That's why we went 7, and why it ruled.

I shook the hands of many a fan wearing an Oilers jersey tonight, and
went out of my way to do so. I appreciate the good sportsmanship that
they exhibited throughout the series and could wish for a better group
of folks to be matched up against. I salute all of them and wish them
the best in the coming seasons.
