So how do you guys and gals feel about Avery ?
Is Max Kuznetsov injured or in the minors ?
I don't see him on the roster.
Curious minds would like to know!

Kuznetsov is joining the team tomorrow in TB. I doubt he'll play. He needs
conditioning and is still suspended by the team.

this guy was the perfect "throw in" on that scneider deal...perfect for
d.town that is...LA got rid of one talented but "really dumb" player for
another who is apparently just as dumb.

When I think of detroit sending us avery I think of castro sending all those
prisoners here from cuba...we "wanted them" until we figured out who they
were.

avery doesn't strike me as a particularly smart player, given all the
agitating he gets caught doing. at this point, he is nothing special, imho.

Well, he can, and does, take some needless/stupid penalties at times. But
watching the game against Tampa last night, he really got under their skin
good. And if he can do that without taking those unecessary penalties, he
can get the other team off their game and hopefully make them take the
needless penalties as well.

Plus, watching him play, he seems like he does have the skills and a lot of
potential to be a good player I think.
