Why do you think given Avery's history, he's above such things?

I know he's the current Ranger hero among fans, but you can't ignore
the fact this player is a headcase. He's already called a black NHL
player a monkey, so what makes you think he's not going to go after
Blake's cancer?

He's also proven to be a hypocrite. Avery calls Brodeur a diver, but
yet he was fined by the league for doing the same thing he accuses
others for.
