Sportnet is whoopsing it up. Earlier this evening Bill Watters threw
up the idea that there was a potential trade in the washer - Jason
Blake for Sean Avery and a 4th-round selection.

This is where inebriation meets mentally challenged. Imagine Brian
Burke, Ron Wilson, and Sean Avery, in the same organization. With
Richard Peddie.

Yea, 2nd not a 4th.

Don't do the deal. Ya don't want Avery. Ya don't want the antics.
Ya don't want his next A/V disaster. This guy is a disaster looking
for a reporter.

If there's anywhere in hockey that Avery might thrive, I'd put my
money on Bismark, North Dakota. And no, I don't thing they have a
team ... field hockey maybe but not hopefully.

I thought it was Avery and a 2nd (not a 4th) that Watters was floating. And
to be honest, I'd be tempted to do the deal. Contrary to popular opinion, I
like Avery and I think he'd thrive here (isn't he from Etobicoke??).
