the Flyers normally black out the internet signal of their games

I don't think so. Comcast used to show live games, but not anymore. Since
the advent of NHL Center Ice Online, they have sole rights to streaming
those games (much like MLB league pass..NBA..etc..). So you have to pay for
it now. I think CBC HNIC shows replays of games?
