I had to laugh at this one...
Are The Leaves Changing Early this Year?
"Possible trade here involving some of the Leafs young d-men, for
Hejduk. Avs need cheap pointmen, Toronto has a lot. Could be
Colaiacovo and Jay Harrison. Toronto needs to move Raycroft and Kubina
first but they also could move Antropov as well, as they'll have extra
forwards if they get Hejduk. Interesting chess game in Southern
Ontario." >> Stay informed about: Bullshit Eklund Rumour |

No way in hell the duke goes that cheap. And he is a relative bargain
salary wise as long as he keeps his game at where it got back to at the end
of the season last year. >> Stay informed about: Bullshit Eklund Rumour |

Eklund has been more accurate than usual this offseason, but that's not
saying much. This, however, makes no sense.

You're right he's been a little better this yaer and did call Smyth to
the Avs.
I think the quality of his stuff suffers when thgns cool off and its
harder to get
info.
This proposal makes no sense , if there is one thing the avs do not
need it
is depth defensemen. Not to mention that the leafs don't have the cap
room to
take on Hejduk in the first place even if the Avs were interested in
moving him,
the leafs have $1 million left under the cap. >> Stay informed about: Bullshit Eklund Rumour |

That doesn't make much sense, unless A) they feel that Svatos' last
year was an aberration and he's good for 30 or so a year, and B) there
is a forward in the system who's ready to come up and play 2nd line
minutes effectively. I don't buy either of those things, so I suspect
that rumor is just that.
I hope so anyway...

Oh, Oh, I know who it is!
Its Jiri Hudler or Matt Ellis.

You don't think there's a forward in the Avs' system that can jump in
and play 2nd line minutes effectively?

Dumbass,
Even McGrath. He's Wayne Gretzky with better offensive ability. Hell, if
he's not on the All Star ballot this next year, then the NHL is a joke.
He's a money-in-the-bank superstar.

I thought for sure it was "poor man's Forsberg", Vaclav Nedorost, who
will surely outproduce Miro Satan.
Perhaps "outproduce" is code for "will sell more used cars". >> Stay informed about: Bullshit Eklund Rumour |

I have no idea - no one has proven that they can at this point. All
they have up until their first training camp is potential.

Michigan State has a beautiful campus. Actually, I have visited well
over 100 colleges and universities in the US and Canadia, and probably
the most attractive campus I have ever seen was Samford in Birmingham,
AL. Guess that would put them right up there with the Ivy League, the
Public Ivies and the Euro schools mentioned above, eh?
