I was very fortunate in that I was able to attend several Cornell home
games the last two years. I was aware that Byron Bitz was a Bruins
draft choice, so I did pay keen attention to him. I can describe my
impression of him as the second coming of Brad Isbister. He has size,
which allowed him to maintain puck control over smaller players. But I
suspect that when he plays professionally, he will lose that advantage,
and he did not show any particular speed or agility in the games I attended.
