What a tradition they've built of winning no matter what. Remember '06 when
they were projected to not medal, when the Americans were heavy favourites,
when the first thing Sutter did was make them all get haircuts? They played
the tournament of their lives and won it all and this year's team is
reminding me of them. Young, undersize, they're liable to win it all with
the two 'C's, character and coaching, that have been the difference between
them and the rest of the world.
Tavares was the star but Hodgson sure shone, didn't he? And that goalie,
after the first half of the first period, came up big on a couple,
especially that glove save on his back from about six feet.
The whole team played bigger then they are.
