Nice to see Gerby back in stellar form again, especially coming in
unscheduled after Ray pulled himself out early. Paddock has been
critical of Emery's lackadaisical practise and conditioning attitude for
some time now, and I hope Ray get's his head screwed on properly again
soon. I wouldn't be surprised if he pulled or strained something at some
point prior to the game. Gerby is absolutely superb positionally. If he
could only do something about those big rebounds, he'd be all set.
Although... I really like the way he handles the puck, and that punch-
pass to Spezz who head-manned to Heatley for the pretty wrist-shot goal
was really nice. No matter how recovered Emery feels, I'll bet we see
Darth again tomorrow night in Pittsburgh...
