The NHL Network has an hour-long feature on Elias and Unicef in its
rotation. It's a very nice feature, even if he is a Devil...

Elias loses the "C" - But, can earn it back in a camp competition, according to Gulitti's blog. Sutter's decision. Chere had also pontificated on this possibly happening, beforehand. Which is interesting, but not nearly as interesting as.... For possibly the first time..

Elias just won a PP point job. - Somebody back there actually just looked like they knew what they were doing.

Elias is useless. - He really is. Comes down the wing to the circle and fires....and misses....and the puck comes all the way around back to the Devils defense in their own zone. So what does he do next, 10 seconds later? Same thing, this time it's a low % shot on net,..

Elias and Datsyuk - Patrik Elias is (or was) every bit as talented as Pavel. However, we are never going to see it ever again. I remember when watching Elias was as much fun as watching Datsyuk.
