Well, overall I think they looked great, especially towards the end with FLA
had the empty net, good pressure there.

BUT

Cechmanek, and yet ANOTHER soft goal. I wasn't impressed with that.

I saw 2 soft goals. No lead will be truly safe this season. Oh well, make
for exciting hockey eh?

Cech makes me very nervous. Even with a 3 goal lead I'm biting my nails and my
heart is racing. I don't ever see him stealing a game for us. God, I hope I'm
wrong.

I have to agree with you. However I think he's still getting used to his
new defensive core. Even though Matty and his troupe are playing well, they
can't be blamed for the extremely soft goals that Cech lets in. I mean, if
the D does their job, Cech should be doing his. If he doesn't smarten up,
he can kiss his career -2.00 GAA goodbye.

Yup, I've gotta agree, finally stole a game, he was great. The game was
kinda sloppy early in both periods, and the Kings never got to get that much
pressure on for most of it. TB was pretty much all over em for 80% of the
game I'd say. However the OT was amazing.

I think both goalies looked great and it was nice not to be outplayed by the
other goal BUT he still makes me nervous. Seems like every save is in slow
motion and my heart stops beating. He came up with some huge saves tonight so
I'll give him kudos for that. In the first when the Bolts had the puck in our
zone for over a min or two (seemed like 10 at the time) I thought for sure
there was no way they can keep the puck in our zone for that long without
scoring. We were badly outplayed that period and Cech came up big. I wouldn't
say he stole the game for us. Grahame was just as good. Does anyone remember
the last time Mike Hasenfratz and Dennis LaRue officiated a game together
against the Kings? It was at home against the Avs where the Kings got called
for everything and the Avs got called for nothing. AM ended up getting thrown
out of the game for speaking out. Well, this was the 2nd worse officiated game
I have ever seen. There was at least 3 boarding (dangerous plays) I saw
against the Bolts and 1 against the Kings. I'm just happy both teams kept
their cool cos that's the type of called game that seems it always results in a
Kings injury. GO KINGS GO!!!
