Field Hockey Sticks - This was the first year that my daughter tried field hockey in middle school (USA) and all I can say is that the stick material does make a She plays left wing and plays better with a composite stick. She currently has a 36" STX velocity light..

Hi all,

I've been playing hockey for a bit now and particularly like playing as
a forward. The only problem is im not very good at lifting the ball
when hitting it for shots on goal. Any tips on doing this would be
appreciated.
