It is, really. So are the suburbs (I mean, there are some nice suburbs,
but they aren't worth visiting unless someone is handing you a big check
once you get there...or you're meeting a hot chick who is going to put
out).

I was in Windsor to visit their grad school (they have one of the best
programs in the field I went to grad school for, but I just couldn't
bring myself to go back to Michigan for it) a few years back. Downtown
Detroit, it was just this past Thanksgiving.

It has changed a lot, but it's perfume on a pig. Since I went to
college, I have seen most of the country. Getting away, I see little
reason to ever go back, even to visit.

Sort of. Great program. Hardcore atmosphere and I am just not Canadian.
