He's not worth the money. But he is the best New York Ranger. I'm not sure
he deserves to be an all-star but he is the only one that has a legit case
from the team. And of course I'm sure he'll get injured... so, yeah.

One thing I'll give the money hungry, entitled little floater, he was
pretty durable for us.

I was thinking "Motor mouth". Anyway as Robert Redford might say, a
river runs through it. Gomez. Holik. MacLean. Driver....

I believe Gomez' three reasons for signing with the Rangers were (1)
he always wanted to be one, (2) he wanted to play in the world's most
famous digs rather than the Izod Center (he missed a few news
clippings there), and (3) all there is to do in New Jersey is shop at
malls and watch tv.

Speaking of which, how are Weekes, Rachunek and Mottau working out
over there?

You should have quit while you were ahead after Weekes and Rachunek.

Weekes is this year's sacrificial lamb, he'll get 8 starts if he's lucky
and if he winds up .500 it'll be a success. Rachunek's been hurt and
even when healthy didn't look so good.

Mottau has been a very pleasant surprise. Certainly not flashy but he's
been very steady. You hardly ever notice him...which is a good thing.

Scott Gomez - Scott Gomez................. Scott Gomez. Technically a New York Ranger.

Did Gomez Had a Wide Open Net? - I missed it... Sure looked like the net was wide open and...

Gomez-Jagr-Straka - Since this line was put together for the second time their play has matched their talent. They look cohesive, fast, quick on loose pucks and hopefully will just get better with time. 1st and 3rd goals tonight were just 2 more examples. I know it's..

The Gomez-Jagr-Straka line is going - Now only if we can get some goals from the other lines. That stiff Gomez is on a career best point scoring streak. Looks like Drury might be waking from the dead. Does anyone get a harder shot than Shanahan with hardly any windup? Everyone always..
