It's Thanksgiving so I won't complain about the forwards. I will say
though:
1. That was a goal.
2. Lundqvist was amazing.
3. The Lightning's color man Bobby Taylor is the biggest crybaby east
of the Mississippi.
4. When you score a goal with 16 seconds left and you're still going
to lose, the drunken, abusive, drug-addicted hobo you got to operate
the goal horn shouldn't be allowed to lean on it for 10 seconds.
5. Lunqvist was amazing.
Happy Thanksgiving Rangers and Devils fans and Cynicor! >> Stay informed about: Good win |

At about 3:30, some Lightning player snuck (sneaked?) the puck under Lundqvist's left pad. As it slid across the goalline, Shanahan dove and put his hand over it and jammed it back under Henrik.
The goal light went off, but the referee waved it off. Review was apparently inconclusive, because Shanahan's glove was directly over the puck on both replay angles as it crossed the line, so no goal. >> Stay informed about: Good win |

All goal horns should be banned permanently.

Yes it was. Karma took care of the shutout... and by Karma I mean Jagr.

Sam and Joe were actually funny today. They were very excited about Orr's
goal.

The arena was rocking. Good for them!

I open up my heart to you, and this is what I get? Peachy.
What did you all have for Thanksgiving? I tried a new dish - I made
cranberry sauce, but I used pomegranate juice instead of water, and then
stirred in a cup of pom seeds. Mmmmmm. I also smoked a turkey using
hickory and cherrywood this year, and then applied a glaze of redcurrant
jelly, wholegrain mustard, and hot creamed horseradish. It was really,
really good.
I also discovered that when you get the industrial sized box of Stove
Top stuffing at Costco, each bag has instructions to bring two cups of
water and 5 Tbsp of spread to a boil. It took me the longest time to
find spread at the supermarket. >> Stay informed about: Good win |
