So are the Thrashers going to come out steaming for their new coach?
I'm sure our incredibly potent offense will be able to hang with them
as long as the Thrashers don't score more than 1 goal... but after
that, I'd think we might be in trouble.

Gomez has been promoted to the first line. So everything should be fine from
here on out.

No worries. Only 569 more games as a Ranger... well, before his contract
extension that is.

On the contrary, a little like the whooping the Indians in the fifth
last night and the 11th a couple nights before, the Rangers will score
7 in a blur ....in first ten minutes and the Thrashers will be
flapping around shellshocked for the next 50. They are a mess.

Great third - That period had to be at least a little entertaining for kovy. As moronic as the Orr call was, I'll definitely concede that the penalties that lead to the Rangers 2nd and 3rd goal were pretty bad. Not fabricated in the same way, just incorrect. Neither...

Rangers were great - In Garbage time that is. Only seen the last period. Was Lundqvist weak tonight? Not that he has been the major problem so far but it seems most every goal against him this year has been top shelf. That certainly is his weakness.

Great Game!! - Sometimes this team puts crazy ideas in my head. Screw the gimmick shootout, I would have been satisfied with a tie. The boys are playing good hockey. Timmy

What a great league - Five minute major for hitting a guy.

Anaheim in 6, Ottawa in 6 - And the Ducks take home the Cup.
