NBC? I shudder to think what would cause me to watch American coverage
of hockey.

RDS has them all beat as far as I am concerned - and I don't speak French!

RDS is better than NBC which is better than CBC. I canned RDS
once the Habs got eliminated and watched the finals on NBC -
their coverage was really good.

great article. I love seeing the CBC slowly dying from it's own
arrogance.

Particularly telling was the networks irritation with having to pay
$65,000 for annual licensing of the song , which seems a pittance to
me, and a sign that they are utterly out of touch with copyrighting
reality.

Something tells me though that HNIC is a dinosaur headed for
extinction unless there is a saviour. Scott Moore is not that
saviour from what I've seen.
