VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - It might not be a record people want to see
broken...at least if they are planning to drive today. With 89.1 centimetres
of snow at YVR this month, Vancouver needs just 0.7 centimetres of snow to
break the December record of 89.7 centimetres set in 1964.

Other snowy Decembers were in 1996 when 80.76 centimetres fell, and 1971
when 80.3 centimetres fell.

global what?

Well...........after waking up to flakes falling this morning and a skating
rink with yellow lines, not blue or red lines, to drive on AND another
snowfall warning for tonight....I am hoping '09 brings on this friggin
global warming that everyone likes to talk about.
Happy New Year all Luongo fans.
