Perhaps I'm mistaken, but did the Florida Panthers just throw away
another franchise player in another horrible trade?

Ballard (on his 17th team already), Boynton (wasn't he waived last
season?) and a mid-level pick. Really? Must be something else they
didn't mention, like free coupons to TGI Friday's.

The Devils almost could've matched that offer. Almost. That's pretty
bad, then. The Jokinen's on you, Jacques Martin.

I can't wait for the Devils future bust to be picked soon. Maybe in
his interview with TSN (if they give him one) he'll say how much he's
looking forward to destroying Colin White's other eye.

If they go with McGuire's suggestion and waste another 1st rounder on
a goaltender, I'll quit. As a fan, I'll quit.
