WHKA now suing!

This could be one of the biggest winners ever and it is just stating
to heat up. Finance crooks robbed WHKA and now Bobby Hull's hockey
league is taking it to em. The damage started above 50 cents and now
at .0065, the road to recovery promises a lot of upside potential.
What a fantastic gamble on a hockey play!

VANCOUVER, BC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 03/30/07 -- The World Hockey
Association (PINKSHEETS: WHKA) today confirmed it has hired the Law
Offices of Michael E. Kulwin in Nevada for its legal defense and
upcoming counterclaim in US Federal Court against Nexus Asset
Holdings
LLC and Global Developments Inc.

On February 16, 2007, The World Hockey Association (WHA) was named as
a defendant in a complaint filed in the United States District Court
of Nevada by Nexus Asset Holdings, LLC (Nexus), and Global
Development, Inc. (Global). The complaint alleges a wide variety of
actions on the part of the WHA and William R. Smith, Robert M. Hull,
and Peter Young, all directors of WHA Corp.

The WHA firmly believes that the allegations by Global and Nexus are
without any merit. The WHA and the individual defendants, William R.
Smith, Robert M. Hull, and Peter Young, will vigorously defend
themselves. WHA has engaged the Law Offices of Michael E. Kulwin in
Nevada for the express purpose of filing a defense and counter action
against the plaintiffs as well as other individuals associated with
the plaintiffs.

WHA CEO Ricky Smith stated, "I am not going to elaborate very much
here. We are going to let our response and forthcoming counterclaim
speak for itself. Shareholders can be assured that we are diligently
at work on the resolving the issues concerning this matter."
