Post subject: Interference ???

I thought if a player was skating into the offensive zone "without the
puck", you couldn't grab him or otherwise hold him up without it being an
interference penalty.

Seriously, is that rule still in force, or was it abandoned by the league
some time ago?

I was a the game and stopped counting the interference calls in the
middle of the 2nd period, I was at 17!

I agree, the obstruction holding at the blue line is right out of
control!!! Anaheim should have had at least 3 clear penalties
tonight at their blue line. The one on Alfie was brutal. Pronger
basically closed lined him and no call.
