Just played NHL 2002 and Mario is on the cover. I chose Pens of course
and just got a natural hat trick from Lemieux. Woo! I really miss Mario
playing. I got into hockey cause of Mario and since he's retired some
of my interest has waned. I'd love to see him play just 1 more season.
It's so unfair how Lemieux has been afflicted with one injury and
health problem after another! ARGH! Mario you will always be the best!

Zach

Is it me or 20 years from now can you see Zach wondering if Mario could
return to play one more year?

Zach, I like Mario too, he was my favorite player. But he is not our
personal dog and pony show for our amusement. He had a heart problem. He
is over 40 years old. Only people that are extremely healthy play at this
age, he has not been. I would let it be, and enjoy his career now in past
tense. Plus he might change the hard working dynamic that was in the locker
room towards the end of the year.
