Question about NY Islanders Official Program 1st Edition

Hey everyone. So my Dad had Islanders season tickets for many many
years, dating back to their first season. He gave me many of the
programs from those early games. I have unripped All Star tickets
from 76.

Anyways, the big deal is that I have the very first program from the
very first game, and it is in really nice condition, maybe Fine to
Very Fine. The question is how would I even appraise this? Would the
NY Islanders organization be interested in something like this?

I've spoken with sports memorabilia people, and no one really knows
what to do about something like this.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

What if you went to an Islanders booster club meeting and ask people?
