Would Ranger have room to sign Sundin? Guess not.

The Rangers are really taking chances with those contracts to Naslund
and Redden. Sure, they might bounce back. But what if they don't?
Yikes!

What must Jagr think if they wouldn't give him 2 years, but they do
those deals for Redden and Naslund? Jeez.

Gerry

EDIT: Note that I had read $18M/3yrs for Naslund on Rotoworld when I
wrote that. $8M/2yrs is much more reasonable.

Naslund is done anyway. He is a shadow of the player he was 5 years ago.
Where the hell do the Rangers get all the money? Is it just me or do they
sign 2 or 3 guys to huge deals every off season. Last year it was Drury and
Gomez, then they inked Lundqvist during the season. Now Rozival, Reddon,
and Naslund...

Do they not have a cap?

I know they lost Shanahan and Jagr, but i think the Caps were paying a huge
portion of Jagr's contract and Shanny wasnt making huge dollars.

Tunnel.
