Who is better Nilson or Hagman?

I like both of them a lot because they're gritty players who work very hard
to make up for the fact that they're not the most talented players in the
league. I don't mean that as a slur on either, but neither one of them is a
Gretzky or a Forsberg. They make the most of what they do have by hard work
and hustle. I'd hate to lose either one, though I've seen both names
mentioned as possible trade bait.

Who's better? I'd pick Nilson at this point, solely on his experience.
