Hi Ed, that would be Mike Lange. He was the best, i don't know the whole
story so i'll leave that for someone else. I sure do miss him. From what i
understand he is still on the radio side.

IIRC, FSN just didn't want to pay him as much as he is worth. But yes, he is
still on the radio.

HUGE mistake! Making him move to radio and making us stuck with Steigy was
awful. I tried muting the TV and listening to his playcalling, but I have
Dish Network & the satellite causes a delay. :(

My all-time favorite: "He's smilin' like a butcher's dog!".

We have the Same problem here in Philly
The Radio Crew........Tim Saunders and Brian Propp are great

on the TV side we got Jim Jackson.......who is decent
but it ends there..........Color men Steve Coates and Keith Jones are
awful
Coates WHINES at the refs whenever they call a penalty on us.

Jackson is a good play by play man,but he Also does baseball
everyone here wants Jackson to go work for the phillies and let
Saunders/Propp do a simulcast on tv and radio

Cool list Krusty. Thanks Brother, i've never seen it. One that isn't on the
list that i liked was - [the player] is tougher than a two dollar steak.

I gotta tell you, when Steigy starts to compliment the players' physiques, I
about freak out laughing. He hasn't done it yet this season, but he did comment
on Crosby's big thighs. Last year, his comments about Gary Roberts great build
and rugged good looks was killing me. Then Steigy took to wearing all black on
a few occasions. All I could think of was Deiter Sprockets from SNL
