What a time to get the start...I hope he's ready!

Orpik too.

he looked a little shakey at the start (nerves?), but then he settled
in quite nicely. he had no chance on the last 2 goals.

too many penalties.

too much perimeter passing on the PP. gonchar ripped one just as one
of the PPs ended and it created a good rebound chance. more of that
will create chances at the front of the net and open up the passing
plays later. not many SOG for the pens last night.

Thibault looked good. Was one rebound goal he gave up; seemed to me he
just couldn't kick the blocker out quick enough. I guess that happens when
you're in the hip-a-month club. Short of that goal, he was pretty solid.
I'll take him... as a BACKUP.

no doubt (nerves). How long has it been since his last REGULAR SEASON
start?

And against Anaheim, none-the-less. lol. Baptism by f'n fire.
