I'm from Toronto and we first heard that it was an accident that took the
life of Gary Leeman, it was retracted immediately.

I'm also an old fan of the days when Stan Mikita, Tony Esposito,, Gary
White, Maggy and Bobby Hull played for your squad.


The accident happened in an area that locals say "lots of wreaths are laid"
because it's bad road. Former Leaf Captain Rob Ramage and Keith were in a
car that crossed the line into oncoming traffic. Ramage has been charged
with "accident causing death" and "dangerous driving causing death", both of
which carry potential life imprisonment.

Rob Ramage, by all accounts, was a good friend of Keith and, like Maggy, a
stand up guy who was a fine member of his community.

I don't think that anything could be worse than two friends attending a
Keith McCreary's funeral, returning and this. Rob looks like he'll be ok,
but as I mentioned, he's facing charges.

Please don't take the chance by drinking and driving.

I'd forgotten about Keith Magnuson because he retired over 20 years ago.
Let it be known that he left a lot of fans and I was one of them. My
condolences to his family and friends.

It made no different because Rob Ramage rented car was a big mess and the
air bags also was seen in the picture.
Rob was drunk and drove the car outside the wrong lane and hit about 3 cars.
With that much of collision even if a person didn't die he would have been
had a vegetable.
