Post subject: RUMOR - Pronger gone after this year

Heard a rumor (you know friend of a friend knows someone). According
to the rumor Pronger's wife is not happy living in Edmonton and will
not be returning after the Olympic break.
If this is true what would you like to see us get in return.
My dream trade would be for Luongo and just about anyone else or a
couple of draft picks. With the cash we were going to pay Pronger we
would have lots to sign Luongo long term.

Pronger loves Edmonton. I'd give that as much stock as the rumor you

Somehow I don't think Prongers quite as henpecked as Nedved. (and if he's
worried about his wife he'd hardly go to Phoenix with Mikey around<G>)
Mind in Nedved's defence I doubt Miss Pronger has the er comparable assets

better half.

Do you seriously think anyone would be interested in his 6 million dollar
contract after
what he has shown in Edmonton this year? I think not! If he leaves Edmonton
it will
be when his contract is up or he retires. How long was that contract again?

I moved to Vancouver from Edmonton for a reason.
What is there not to like? 6 months of winter, meatheads in SUVs and
pick-up trucks, hicks, racists, WEM, no downtown, box store outlets
abound, transit system the worst in N. America, Ralph Klein, etc. etc.
