Shows me top to bottom what they're made of. If they end up in 13th
spot in the conference losing a few key games 4-2, fine. This...they
were outscored so far by the Rangers 16-2?

Thank god O'Connell didn't re-sign Nylander. Take the Thornton deal
out of the picture along with Nylander and Knuble walking show you
what a deconstruction OC and company made on this team.

I usually wait until June to get into baseball, but I guess I'll get
some Berlitz lessons tomorrow and learn how to understand Daitsuke a
few months early.

Now is the time for all shitty Bruins to lay down their sticks for the
good of the draft pick.

I know Lewis deserves a lot of blame for this team. But Christ, this
is a huge
game and these are major league athletes. They go out there with
skates and
a stick and a good idea of what has to be done. What the hell is it
about this
team that translates into that mess on the ice? Is Savard just a
goofball that
fosters a "who cares" attitude? Do a bunch of guys call Chara "Herman"
behind
his back and laugh when he tries to be serious? Do they goosestep
behind Lewis
when he walks out of the room? Are they all crackheads? Right now
they remind
me very much of the early 80's Whalers. They win when the opponent
doesn't
show up (Jersey, Red Wings) or the goalie steals the game. That's it.

I dislike MO as much as the next person, but don't forget he wanted to
re-sign Nylander and Knuble, Jacobs and Co. nixed it. And while MO is
gone, Jacobs is still here, with a new bad GM in place. I'm looking
forward to Chia putting more of his stamp on this team over the
summer. It appears he's going for soft, bad defensively, poorly
coached, and trying for the record for shorthanded goals against.

And how is it almost every other rent-a-player deal had the team
getting the player agreeing to include a conditional pick if they re-
signed the player, but only Chia agrees to give one up if they don't?

I long for the days when at least we could look forward to the B's
making it to the first round of the playoffs before the season was
over.
