Ron McLean Last night

I didn't watch the awards show, but, I saw this as part of an artile
on slam.ca
Thought it kinda funny.



COMIC RE-LEAF

The Leafs' front office foibles were fair game for NHL awards host Ron
MacLean last night. He suggested Toronto would have a Brian Burke
bobblehead at their draft table next week, nodding approval of each
pick. He also kidded that MLSEL president and CEO Richard Peddie was
in favour of announcing last night's winners first and then the
nominees, as per the team's recent cart-before-the-horse hirings.

Caught chunks of it. From here his best skit involved his cell phone
going off to the HNIC theme song(!), answering it saying his he was
busy with the awards show ("Yea, we still got that.") and after
hanging up, saying it was Sean Avery on another matter.
