Out of all the names mentioned so far, I like this one best.

Did Gallant show anything in 2.5 years with the CBJ to suggest he deserved
another chance so soon? MacLean always liked his fellow PEI guys.

Hanlon accepted a job to coach in Finland next year.

Naw, Then it would be boring defense hockey......Just like Pittsburgh
and Detroit don't play. P U on that one.

If not Gerard or Glenn how about that little weasel Pierre McGuire. Ha

Just a footnote on Hanlon:

We were supposed to replace RW with a coach who guided a team
possessing the likes of Ovechkin, Semin, Backstrom, Green, etc. to
last place in the entire NHL before being replaced by Bruce Boudreau,
who guided the very same bunch to the best record in the NHL since
taking over?

That sounds like not such a swell idea.

With his material it helps to have a tag line. I really appreciated
the 2nd attempt with the HA HA HA rofl, it helped me understand the
humor. It's actually quite funny. Or not.

Just another footnote:

It was a joke....Something that I now realize is beyond San Jose folk.
You guys need a corn cob.

What do you get when you cross sprouts, yogurt, standing in line at
the hardware store, bike helmets, mutilculturalism with a sanctuary
city?

Shark fans. HA HA HA HA rolf

I gotta ask, what is "ROLF", and while you're at it could you explain
"standing in line at the hardware store"?

It's always delivery. Morey Amsterdam could say "shoehorn" and you'd
laugh.

OTOH, you could tell the Aristocats joke like Bob Saget and not be
funny.

ROLF = rolling on floor laughing

The hardware store thing is.....

I visited my sister in Davis, Ca a couple years ago and we went to the
hardware store. They had us come up one at a time to the
checkout....which makes sense it was just the method that was used.
Just like a bank. I couldn't even approach until the previous customer
had passed the "line". I live in a small town and folk congregate at
the counter and getting your turn is never a problem. There is no way
you could have known but I will never forget. If that's
Caleefornea....keep it far from me.
