For Those That Don't Like Shootouts

Soon the NHL will be all Pay Per-View, there will be shootouts in the
playoffs, the ice will be dyed baby blue and the puck will be
orange...they are just doing all this slowly so that it isn't a big
shock but old time hockey is dead.

yes and it has been dead for a few decades now since the first expansion
when they started letting the jokers into the league...
but now..here we are in 2005 and it has been returned to a skating game..
oldtime hockey[ is back,,70`s 80`s and especially 90`s hockey mix of
goonism,hooking and holding is dead..]
long live hockey..

Speaking of puck color, did anyone happen to hear JD talking about some
league using a white colored puck? I heard the tail end of it but I did not
get the whole thing. If anyone can elaborate I would appreciate it.

A white puck is used in practice to make it more difficult for goaltenders
to see against the white ice and white boards. I've never heard of it being
used in an actual game.
