What's with the Sabres in the first period? Aside from the Atlanta game,
they've only scored three first period goals in the other 13 games! They
outscore the opposition in every other period as close as I can figure
(somehow, the opposition goals are unaccounted in my tallies).

Every fricking game they seem to be coming from behind. Last night was
typical. Great goal by Mark McClarkthur though for the winner!

I missed most of the game last night, but sleepwalking seems to be their new
style of play. They've been scored on first in a vast majority of games
this year. Something like 11 out of the 14 games they've played.

Should be "somehow, two opposition goals are unaccounted for"

The Sabres have yet to play a complete game. They seem to score in
spurts, and they usually only play well in response to being behind a
goal or two. The talent is there, but they seem confused out there
without some leadership.

If the Eagles man up and get rid of Reid and McNabb during the off
season then the 2008 season could be a whole lot better than this mess.
