hell yes...finally there's hockey! usually they don't even air the WJC
games in the US (last year was an exception when America won it all for
the first time and they showed the Final on a tape delay basis), and
I've been following it pretty close the past couple of years so I am
lovin' it. you can only watch the Kings play the Maple Leaves in game 6
and 7 of '93 so many times.

I'm hoping it gets some pretty fair ratings and it makes
ESPN/NBC/ABC/Fox and the damn NHL front office pay attention to what
they're missing out on. not holding my breath, but it would be nice.

Wed....Well, depending on the strom...but I love Wild Wednesdays at Whiskey
Creek so Wed. is my goal...and next WJC game is Wed at 6:30pm...Ever skate at
the Mammoth out door rink??

have fun in Mammoth, if I had another week off I'd hit it myself. I've
got to check who the U.S. plays on Weds since I can't remember now.

Are they playing more games after Wed? I have a feeling I'll be driving up in
a blizzard. GRRR I'm bringing my skates. It will be my first time skating
after my surgey so wish me luck! TSOL is playing on New Years eve too. yay!

oh that's right, I forgot already. I saw Belarus in SLC '02 (I can't
recall the opponent but it was a blast)! after the round robin games,
then teams advance to the championship bracket (1st team in each pool
earns a bye). if I recall there are 5 teams per pool so there should be
1 more US game this week for sure.
