Yeah. Well. I guess the thinking is that if they at least
_sometimes_ call the chintzy/baffling ones, it'll help make the
players more cautious _all the time_, because they can never really
know when one of the cheap little calls is coming. <shrug>
I guess I have to say I prefer that to making the chintzy/baffling
calls _all the time_, however. I mean, at least the inconsistency
does allow some flow into the game again, which to me is better than
each team having 10+ powerplays, as a more consistent officiating
standard would result in. :{
