aaa Heads Up to those caseing Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, and..

A heads up to those of you looking to burglarize houses and
properties in the above three small cities, here are some things that
you need to know and some stratagies for defeating them:

The Santa Clara County Sheriff's Department, which patrols Saratoga
and Monte Sereno, and the Los Gatos Police Department, which patrols
Los Gatos, are using laser assisted license plate scanning technology
to scan licence plates and to record their numbers in a random and
roving manner throughout these areas.

What does this mean to you, the small business man trying to eek out
a living amidst the excessive plenty all around you? It means this:

1. If you are planning to pull a heist or job in these areas, then,
do not, under any circumstances, every drive any registered vehicle
registered to you and to anyone asociated with you to these cities.
Unless you have a laser detector device in your car, you will not
know whether or not you have been scanned or that your number has been
added to their log sheet. If there is a job or a heist in the area
and your number appears in their log sheet and you do not live there,
then you will end up a prime suspect without your knowledge.
However, if your car has any registration problems or is stolen, etc.
you will be pulled over immediately, and that will be your only
warning of the scanning having taken place.

2. If you have ever driven to one of these cities in a car that can
be traced to you, and you plan at some time to do a job there, then
never drive that car back there under any circumstances and let many
months go by before your job.

3. The safest and best method for undetected caseing is to drive to
these cities and park your car just outside the city limits, say,
Westgate Shopping Center, El Paseo De Saratoga Shopping Center, etc.
After having parked, remove your mountain bike from your trunk and
bike into the city making sure to wear the usual garish biking
outfits and hats that all of the silly Saratoga and Los Gatos bikers
wear. In other words, make sure that you fit right in as regards
appearence, no tatoos visable, etc. Now, these are rather small but
very, very rich little towns, so biking through them and their windy
streets for the purpose of scoping out good marks could be done in a
couple of afternoons with no trouble. Wear a blue tooth head set
coupled to a recording device in your saddle bag so as to make good
verbal notes of addresses, conditions, etc. as you cruse along.

4. Now when your anonymous caseing is done and when you have found
your marks, on the night of the hit, have your lookouts with laser
detectors mounted on their bikes bike the exact in route and escape
route to make sure that the little piggies have not accidently chosen
your areas for their night's trouble making. If that checks out, no
piggies anywhere, and the mark is still ripe, use your anonymous cell
phone that you bought at Target to call your truck driver on his
anonymous phone that you bought at Target to tell him to get in there
quickly where you will be waiting for him, quickly uload the place,
put your bikes in the back of the truck and get out of there on your
clean scoped escape route.

5. Never go back there for any reason whatsoever, ever. You can be
assurred that there will be motion sensative cameras there after that
takeing mug shots of anyone who goes by for months and years to come.
When the rich get mad they stay mad and they want your blood and
they are very patient and they can lay in wait for years. Don't let
them get your blood, don't ever go back and don't ever talk about it
to anyone.

6. And of course, and quite needless to say, wear gloves, have hair
securely under sock caps, and leave no prints, hair, DNA, pee,
saliva, or anything else behind.
