I know .... don't go!

To late! flights booked to Chicago and hoping to see 4 games in 8 days ....
but that was before the strike!

Assuming it is sorted - anyone got any tips for me?

Any help appreciated!

Derek

I doubt you'll see any NHL; little chance of it being sorted quickly I
think.

You need to look at AHL and college hockey; I'm sure someone from
rec.sport.hockey can help more.

In the Chicago area, the only pro hockey is the AHL Chicago
Wolves at Allstate Arena by O'Hare airport.

With a rental (hire) car, you can drive up to Milwaukee to see
the AHL Admirals.

For NCAA college (university) hockey, your best bets are
the U of Wisconsin Badgers in Madison, Wisconsin, U of
Michigan Wolverines (Ann Arbor, MI) or, six hours of
driving, the U of Minnesota Gophers.

It's a shame, the Chicago Blackhawks have had such poor
attendance that a good ticket (especially if you are solo)
could have been gotten the same day, walk up.
