My cable system eliminated My9 when I wasn't looking (somehow, they
managed to show all the baseball games that were on My9 last season).
And, the NHL has revised their territories. The flipside of MSG games no
longer being blacked out in Connecticut is that the Yahoo net broadcast
*is* blacked out. By the time I'd figured all this out, the Giants had
already scored.

Next time it's on, let me know and I'll let you watch it over my Slingbox.

The worst part of it was that I'd misread the score bubble, and it was
the Vikings who had scored (and scored and scored and scored). Not a
good day.

So, Slingbox? How does that work, anyway?

No, the worst part of it was that I got kicked out of my son's hockey
game today. Five years in travel hockey, and this is the first time I've
ever suspected that a ref was trying to affect a game's outcome. Of
course, I've never seen a game where the coach of the other team is the
ref's boss at work.

It's a client program that you run on your machine, and a small A/V
appliance I have will stream a show to the client anywhere on earth that
has the Internet. But only one client can use the one Slingbox at any
time. If there's another game on 9, let me know and maybe we can work
something oot.

Imagine Bobby Holik wearing nothing but a thong.

Nothing to do with a Slingbox, but I thought I'd ruin your evening.

That's a thought, but I just got in, and Anaheim-LA doesn't appeal that
much. I'll watch some of the Pats game, until I digest dinner.

Well, at least it's not a Rangers thong. If only Gomez would wear
another team's thong, we'd be all set.
