more forsberg rumors

Post subject: more forsberg rumors

forsberg was in town and had dinner with flyers president peter lukko.
wip reported this yesterday, said they discussed him signing. there's
link on hockeybuzz and spectors about it. still seems premature as he
says he's not healthy and won't play anywhere until his foot has
healed. i'd still like to have him back, even for half a season, if
they can find a way to fit him under the cap.

Everything, so far, points to his return. They'll clear the cap space
when necessary. Should be an interesting season to say the least.

It's all bs until around December at the earliest. The guy had both a
hernia operation and yet another operation on his foot and won't be ready to
skate until after the Eagles have lost their fourth game. Give it a break
until then.
