I blame Cullen for not seeing that one coming more than "was it
legal/was his hands up?"

Are you saying that you still think it was Shanahan's own stick that
hit him in the face?

If you're saying that the Fox angle was misleading, and so you and
Chico/Emerick weren't able to make the correct call, then I think Tim
will agree with you. No one doubts that you and the announcers didn't
see the camera angle behind Rozsival, because otherwise there wouldn't
have been any question in game. I'm sure if Chico and Doc had seen
that replay angle later, they would have happily admitted to their
mistake. That's one of the good things about the broadcasting teams
in the metro area... none of them are pompous enough to believe
they're above error.

Now if it was an Ottawa/Toronto/Montreal team, then I'd figure they'd
just sort of ignore it.

If you're still claiming that it WAS Shanahan's stick, then that's
different. I really don't think MSG doctors replay evidence mid-
game. I'd be happy to link you the replay again, though. Maybe you
stopped reading that thread before the conclusive angle was posted?

Great third - That period had to be at least a little entertaining for kovy. As moronic as the Orr call was, I'll definitely concede that the penalties that lead to the Rangers 2nd and 3rd goal were pretty bad. Not fabricated in the same way, just incorrect. Neither...

Great timing - So are the Thrashers going to come out steaming for their new coach? I'm sure our incredibly potent offense will be able to hang with them as long as the Thrashers don't score more than 1 goal... but after that, I'd think we might be in trouble.

Rangers were great - In Garbage time that is. Only seen the last period. Was Lundqvist weak tonight? Not that he has been the major problem so far but it seems most every goal against him this year has been top shelf. That certainly is his weakness.

Great Game!! - Sometimes this team puts crazy ideas in my head. Screw the gimmick shootout, I would have been satisfied with a tie. The boys are playing good hockey. Timmy

Best defense in the league! - Can't argue with stats. Through 26 games the Rangers have a league low 1.88 GAA. San Jose is 2nd with 2.08. A league low 51 goals surrendered. They are tied for 4th in the league in PK as they have dropped off a bit lately. Lundqvist is second in the....
