Post subject: What a great weekend

First, the Sabres clinch first place overall and home ice throughout
the playoffs with a win against the Caps WITH TIM CONNOLLY in the
lineup ! Plus, he scored ! Oh man, how great was that ?!?

Then the Habs get eliminated by the Leafs on HNIC - what an amazing
game, too. I think I hate the Habs more then the Leafs. Yes, I really
think I do ... I don't even think I hate the Leafs anymore. They're
just not good and it would be like hating the Detroit Lions or
somthing ...

Then the Leafs get eliminated when the Isles beat NJ in a shootout
this afternoon. Awesome ending to that game.

The weekend doesn't get any better than that.

Bundo, the Leafs need a goalie. You're right, Raycroft is HORRIBLE.

Can somebody go back and read all of RM's posts and then cut and paste
all of his incorrect predictions ? The guy must be awfully thick
skinned not to be embarrased by his own stupidity.

Honestly though, I think the Habs would have given the Sabres a tough
time. And I don't think I could've handled all the Leaf fans in the
HSBC Arena. Sure, all the playoff seats are gone, but some greedy
Sabre fans would have loved to make a buck off those nutso fans from
Toronto. I bet there would have been 5000 Leaf fans for the games
here.

I can't believe Timmy's back ! This is gonna be awesome.

It was a great weekend! And rumor has it that Goose may be back for the
2nd round.

It's good to have Tim back in the line-up. Hopefully a couple games was
enough to get most of the rust off. He made it back a game sooner than you
did.

The Sabres had difficulty with the Habs and the Leafs during the regular
season. I think it's a good thing that the Sabres get a team from outside
their division in the first round.

RM isn't worth the effort. He doesn't even believe the predictions he makes
in here, he's just trolling. He says contradicting things in the Leafs news
group.

From going to some games it seems that a fair amount of Season ticket
holders are Leaf fans.

If we "contradict" ourselves with predictions, you will find that
those predictions were made at different times, amid different
circumstances. A team's ability to play hockey is not constant. It
changes from day to day. To say that one team, for instance,
Toronto, is the best team at any point in time, does not mean that
Toronto will still be the best team a week later.

We're not sure at this point if you are too stupid to understand
this, or perhaps you are just trolling.
