| of Rachunek and Weekes? I know of us who support that club west of
the Hudson could be bad sports and gloat a bit, but be magnanomous I
say. Let's enjoy the fact that Ranger fans and Devils fans alike can
bask in the shared glory of these two athletes for whom we can say in
unison, "Yes, they've worn the sweater."

That's the great thing aboot NHL hockey - that there are no losers.
Just like an NHL overtime, everyone gets something. There are
rivalries for the fans and long term contracts with buckets of money
for the players.
Btw speaking of money, I think now would be a good time to pass around
the hat for my new Shared Jersey Rangers-Devils Hall of Fame to be
built in the concourse of the Frank J. Lautenberg Rail Station in
Secaucus, NJ. The location is _brilliant_ as fans of both teams will
be able to hop off the train going to or from either arena. It will
feature memorabilia, biography and pictures of some of the most
beloved shared jersey players. Yes we are talking aboot the likes of
John MacLean, Bruce Driver, Bobby Holik, Valeri Kamensky, Igor
Larionov, Brendan Shanahan, Krysztof Oliwa (yes preseason tryouts
qualify) and good golly miss molly that brand new set of inductees.
Each player will feature a lifelike statue with four buttons that Hall
of Fame visitors to press for an exciting experience. One button
illuminates the player's torso with a laser drawn Rangers jersey, the
second with a laser drawn Devils Jersey, a third adds a hearty audio
cheer, and a fourth with a hearty Bronx jeer. Just four buttons to
create each fan's own adrenaline-filled fantasy.
Feel free to paste your PayPal account here and how much you are in
for.

I think most of us are in denial. It'll take the start of the season before
it actually hits home. That's just how these things work.
West of the Hudson? *scratches head* Flyers? Penguines? Lakewood BlueClaws? >> Stay informed about: Are you guys getting over the loss |

Sorry, the Bloods and the Crypts will not be supporting an affiliation
with a team that plays by a "Fashion District". >> Stay informed about: Are you guys getting over the loss |

It'd make a good location for the NY Rangers AHL affiliate though! :-) >> Stay informed about: Are you guys getting over the loss |
