Stunned shame has bred silence.

That being said, it looks like a corner has been turned and I sure hope this
is the late season slump come early.

Team looks good. I was at the game Monday and Tip impressed me by playing
the youngsters esp. on special teams. Of course, half the game was on the
job, but notwithstanding that's gotta boost confidence. Those young guys
are hungry, and with the veterans screwing up as much as they have in Nov.
there's no real downside to letting them play. Friday night will be
interesting.

Good point Ryan is this ng dead or what!? Did you get a tape of the
Heritage Classic game yet? Its on ESPN classic on the weekend if you
haven't. They also have it for download on NHL.com

yea, I couldnt figure out how to download it off NHL.com I did stream it and
watch it Wed. morning though, great game there I thought, considering their
ages and "reduced" playing abilities......

Right, looks like some of those guys can still play eh! Linseman, Simpson
and Anderson were flying, Mess was trying to not influence the outcome and
Coffey made me remember days gone past. Keeping with tradition Fuhr and
Ranford stoned the opposition when we were out of position. Several Habs
looked like they had jump and outplayed us in the game. I was not surprized
at that as Montreal had more players that had recently been in the NHL.
