Three games in and they're still playing that lethargic style of hockey
they've been playing for several years. With the impressive talent they
have had, that has been enough to get into the playoffs with a little
success, but not very far. The season definitely is not over, but I
would like to see the style change necessary to progress farther in the
playoffs - namely the aggressive style that Edmonton and Detroit has
used to defeat them in the playoffs. Players have changed over the
years, so that's not the reason for the lack of improvement. GM and
coaches have not changed, however. I hope they can change their
coaching style to effect the changes to use their size and speed to
advantage. Check out how aggressive players like Raffi Torres have had
a major effect on the Sharks.
