Post subject: Best materials combo for field hockey stick? Carbon, Fiberglass, kevlar etc...
Archived from groups: rec>sport>hockey>field (more info?)

Composite field hockey sticks are composed of different combinations of
carbon, fiberglass, and kevlar etc...

Does anyone know what is the best combo for a left wing attacker? I
started my daughter out with a 100% light fiberglass stick and she
scored 4 goals in 6 games. She liked the lightness but didn't like that
her power drives where not strong enough. Any opinions?
