Nothing. Both houses must approve, then the President must sign or not
veto, in order to become law.
Theoretically, if the House rejects the amended bill, the Senate can try
to pass another amended bill for the House to vote on. But eventually
both houses must approve the same version of a bill in order for it to
be sent to the President for signature. I'm not sure if signing in
crayon counts as a legal binding signature or not.
