board is quiet this year . . . what gives?

malkin looks like he's flying out there this year. staal looked good
too yesterday. gotta admit i like the staal-malkin-malone line--
while it lasts ; -D

Maybe everyone prays for Fleury to find his good shape ;)

Offense looks very good, generally, not only 12-11-71 line.
Defense could be better, IMHO don't generate enough pressure around opposite
playmakers.

It's still football season. How many times have you heard somebody
say, "It's not hockey season until the (insert local football team
here) lose." At least that's the way it is here in Pgh. I don't get
it, but it somehow makes sense to many o' fan.

Or maybe it has to do with the less than stellar start.
