Post subject: worst winning goal ever?

butted in the net! Seriously can you think of an uglier Stanley Cup winning
goal. The Hull one comes to mind against the Sabres? anything compare?

I've ever witnessed personally here AGAIN, aren't you?

OK...one last time: 1966. Olympia Stadium. Sixth game of the SCF. Habs lead
series three games to two (after being down 2-0). Sudden-death overtime.
Henri Richard loses an edge going hard to the net. Plows into diminutive
Detroit goalie Roger Crozier...with the puck lodged in his armpit. After
some discussion, referee and goal judge award Cup-winning goal.

The NHL felt so bad for Crozier they award him the Conn-Smythe.

wasn't the one ottawa scored into their own net the cup winner? (last year)

i do believe Doug harvey scored the cup winner in his own net once also
